Returns
To qualify for an exchange on your unwanted item please ensure you:
- Email shelbyfullex@gmail.com with your full name and order number to set-up your return.
- Send the original item back within 14 days from your item(s) delivery date.
- Send the item back via signed for delivery (Royal Mail).
- Keep a copy of your postage receipt incase we need it to locate your parcel.
- Enclose your name and order number inside your parcel so we can contact you when we have received your return.
- We will then issue you with a unique code to re-order online.
- Please note SALE items are not eligible for an exchange .
Sis & Co will not accept payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
We only accept exchanges where -
- All the original labels, tags are still attached.
- Not worn or damaged.
- Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty the customer care team need to be notified WITHIN 48 HOURS VIA EMAIL with your name and order number and photo of the fault. It is up to our discretion if you are eligible for a refund or store credit. Faulty items returned with the 10 days returns policy.
ALL COMMUNICATION FOR ORDER QUERIES MUST COME THROUGH EMAIL.
Washing Items
Please make sure you wash items how the label says. We are not responsible for items being ruined if these instructions have not been followed.
We advise to hand wash any items with white and a different colour on, and also anything with beads/details on.

First Class Delivery (Royal Mail 1-2 Days) £5.95
NEXT DAY £10 - If ordered by 2pm.
Please note parcels are not always posted same day so please allow 2 days for us to post.
Please be aware of Royal Mail strikes in your area. THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. Please allow extra time for parcels during busy seasons.
